Course Overview

This introduction to aerial yoga is suitable for complete beginners. Using the support of the hammocks we will work through different yoga postures, taking the time to get to grips with the fabric and learn the basics. This will be a fun, safe environment to try something new and even hang upside down if you like.

Restorative Aerial Workshop

This restorative workshop is suitable for beginners. During the workshop you will be guided through a series of gentle yoga postures, to help open and lengthen the body whilst being completely supported by the hammock. The session will finish with relaxation. The hammock is situated a few inches off the ground so no turning upside down or crazy tricks
