- Although there is
not a mandatory work placement required for this
course you are recommended to seek work experience within the catering and
hospitality industry to support your studies. Your course tutor can assist you
in finding suitable work experience
- Minimum of two Core Skills passes at SCQF Level
- Consideration will also be given to those who have relevant
work experience or have completed a related course at an introductory level
- This course is not suitable for under 16-year-olds
English Proficiency Requirements
How the course is assessed
- You will be assessed through written tests,
multiple-choice questions, practical tests and case studies. Practical
tests involve two 3-hour practical exams.
