Health and Safety on Campus

Throughout Session 2022/23, the College will continue to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of students and staff as best we can.

Behaviours on campus

We will continue to encourage the following behaviours from people when on campuses:

  • Wearing a face covering - wear a face covering when you are moving around campuses, and in spaces where there are large crowds of people. While the use of face coverings is no longer mandatory on campus, please be considerate of others and respect any person who wishes to wear one.

  • Being distance aware – try to maintain a distance from others if you can and be mindful of personal space.

  • Washing hands regularly – wash your hands throughout the day when on campus.

  • Keeping rooms ventilated – keep windows open whenever a room is in use and check CO2 levels using monitors available at reception.

  • Getting vaccinated – if you are eligible, get the Covid-19 vaccination or booster.

  • Staying home if you are unwell – If you are feeling unwell, including with symptoms of Covid-19, please stay at home to reduce the risk of infecting others

Further information on Coronavirus is available on the NHS inform website.
