Open Wednesday to Friday during term time, our Apprentice Training Restaurant, is where our cookery and hospitality students learn their craft. Serving to the general public our students cook and serve under the guidance of trained professionals ensuring that they are ready to work in some of the top restaurants and catering venues in the country.
Our students are expected to work with the finest ingredients, using fresh local produce with menus changing every week.
Check out our facebook page to see the weekly menus and dishes our students are creating.
We hope you will join us for a fantastic culinary experience and support the up and coming talent of the future!
Due to the continuing COVID-19 situation, the Apprentice Restaurant will be closed for the foreseeable future until government advice indicates otherwise.
Throughout the closure, you will not be able to make any bookings.
We urge everyone to continue to follow the advice provided by the UK Government and Public Health Authorities to protect themselves and others during this time.
Thank you for your custom and patience during these difficult times.
We will look forward to welcoming you back when we are open again.
Stay safe and take care,
The Apprentice team.
