Cycling Facilities

Granton Campus

Cycle and Parking

Standard and secure cycle parking is available for all students and staff. Standard parking is located close to both main entrances. Limited cycle parking is available behind reception in the quad (accessed from the north). Secure parking is located in the car park (west entrance). Ask security at reception for access to the secure parking.

Showers

Showers are available for all students and staff. Two Individual showers are located on the ground floor at the back of the Hub (near lifts). Communal showers are available in the sports centre, which has separate student and staff changing rooms. There are a limited number of lockers for cyclists located on the ground floor at the back of the hub (near the showers). Email sustainability@edinburghcollege.ac.uk.

Cycle Repair

Tools to undertake minor repairs, including puncture repair kits, are free to use and available from security at reception in the Hub. There is also a bike repair station in the secure cycle parking with a pump.

Milton Road

Cycle and Parking

Standard and secure cycle parking is located at the main entrance and is available to all students and staff. Ask security at reception in Bolum House for access to the secure parking.

Showers

A shower is available for all students and staff on the 2nd floor (north) of Bolum House. Additional facilities are available in The Club (membership required). There are a limited number of lockers for cyclists on the 2nd floor of Bolum House. Email sustainanability@edinburghcollege.ac.uk.

Sighthill

Cycle and Parking

Standard cycle parking is located at both north and south entrances. Secure cycle parking is located at the north. Ask security at recepāĻžon for access to the secure parking.

Showers

Showers are available for all students and staff. Individual showers are located in the tower at:

  • Ground floor (stairwell)
  • First floor (north)
  • First floor (south)

Communal showers are available in the Sports Centre and Music Box.
