International Tuition Fees and Living Costs
Financial considerations are one of the most important issues when considering studying abroad. As well as the international tuition fees, you will need to factor in the cost of living in the United Kingdom during your studies.
International applicants must pay the full tuition fee for their course before they can be issued an unconditional offer.
All international tuition fees include access to
- student support services
- campus facilities including library, computers, and WiFi
- course certification
- international student induction
- access to the College’s online learning platform and self-study resources

As well as the International tuition fees, you will need to factor in the cost of living in the United Kingdom during your studies.
When preparing a budget for studying at Edinburgh College it is important to understand what your expected costs will be and what you should have enough money to pay for. You should research and consider costs such as rent, bills, insurance, and meals as well as spending money for clothing, eating out and activities.
For Student Visa holders, the recommended UK Visa and Immigration maintenance amount is £1,023 per month for 9 months (£9,207 total) for full-time courses.

Early Bird Discounts
10% early bird discount on all course fees when you book and pay a deposit for one of our English Language programmes before:
- 1 July for courses starting in September
- 1 November for courses starting in January
- 1 February for courses starting in April
- 1 March for courses starting in July and August (including Summer School)
5% early bird discount on all course fees for Summer School courses if you book and pay the deposit by 1 April.

Additional Service Fees
Homestay Accommodation
Edinburgh College offers homestay accommodation for our international students. Students can choose half board (breakfast and dinner included) or self-catering. There is an additional £25 per week fee for students staying in homestay over Summer (July/August) and the 3-week Christmas period.
