Edinburgh College is working in partnership with (APUC) to support the development of procurement as well as adopting best practice. Via APUC and Scottish Procurement Edinburgh College have access to a number of collaborative framework contracts.  For areas which are not covered by the collaborative contracts Edinburgh College advertise openly all contract with a value of £50,000 and over on Public Contracts Scotland

The Edinburgh Regional Procurement Team (ERPT) is a regional procurement shared service with aims and objectives to maximise: value, commercial leverage, sustainability and best practices across its Member Institutions. The participants in the ERPT are Edinburgh College and Edinburgh Napier University.

Annual Procurement Report​ 2019/20

The publication of the Annual Procurement Report and the Procurement Strategy meets the requirements and is compliant with the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 20141 and other relevant legislation. The Strategy document is aligned with the ERPT Member Institutions and the Scottish Funding Council’s key strategic outcomes as detailed in the Member Institutions respective Outcome Agreements and Corporate Strategies.
