Register of Interests

The Board of Management is guided by its Constitution and Articles of Governance. Each Board member must declare any interests that may conflict with their role on the College Board – these are recorded in the Register of Interests. The register is guided by the Register of Interests Regulations 2003.

The Board of Management is required to maintain and publicly disclose a Register of Interests of its Members.

Further to this, the Executive Team maintain and publicly disclose a Register of Interests of its members.
