How Good Is Our College?

How well is our college quality framework designed to support and enable colleges to evaluate the quality of provision and services whilst reporting on progress in relation to outcome agreements?

How good is our college? Aligns with a suite of Education Scotland quality improvement frameworks to support external stakeholders in engaging with colleges to review and enhance the quality of provision and services. In addition, the arrangements aim to promote increased collaboration among colleges and other educational providers, exemplifying and sharing excellent practices across sectors.

2024 Governance Effectiveness Report

In line with the Code of Good Governance for Scotland’s College requirements, an externally facilitated review of the Edinburgh College Board of Management and its governance arrangements was conducted in March 2024.
