This Master's level qualification is designed for individuals wishing to develop strategic management and leadership practices who will have the knowledge, skills and behaviours to drive business activities in a senior, regional, specialist, director or CEO management and leadership role.
The qualification contains units, which are reflective of the tasks and activities required by managers in roles such as senior managers, regional management and specialist managers who are accountable to a senior manager or business owner. The units focus on the translation of organisational strategy into effective performance and require delegates to focus on the vision and implementation of their organisational strategy.
The cost of this course is £1,393.
Every delegate will receive a dedicated tutor to support them throughout the course. Students will access learning and teaching materials via our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) - Moodle and via the CMI, Management Direct resource bank. What you will learn
The two units in this course are:
- Strategic Leadership (CMI701)
- Leading Strategic Change (CMI705)
How the course is assessed
- Each unit requires the submission of a 4,500-word academic assignment.
Number of days per week
- Online with 'live' tutorial sessions through MS Teams once per fortnight, scheduled one-to-ones with the course tutor and access to learning materials via our VLE - Moodle and the CMI resource bank - Management Direct.
- 9.30 am - 12.15 pm every fortnight (six sessions in total) on Wednesday mornings.
