We are delivering this new course at our Granton Campus for people who are considering careers in working in the community with young people or in adult education. This is a taster part- time course running on Wednesdays 10am - 2.15pm and Thursdays 9.30am - 12.30pm.
The course is aimed at people who may already be volunteering in their community and would like to progress into employment in this area of work or people who might be looking for a career change or for those who are just interested in finding out a bit more about community/youth work.
Students successfully completing the course may be able to apply to progress to the HNC Working With Communities Course or to employment in the field.
The course will run from 24th January 2024 until 13th June 2024.
- There is no placement requirement for this course.

Progression and Articulation Routes
- Successful students may progress to HNC Working With Communities or another related field
