Do you need support with independent living, finding a job, volunteering, or getting involved in your community? This course can help you.

You will learn in a supportive environment and build communication and social skills. You’ll also improve your confidence in making choices.

This course is suitable if you are working at SCQF Level 1 or 2 and have some basic independent learning skills.

Progression and Articulation Routes

  • Upon completion of this course, you can progress onto the second 18-week block of Skills for Independence in January.
