ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management - Craig Walkingshaw

Craig  Walkingshaw recently completed the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management to enhance his role at Heart of Midlothian and support his long-term career goals at the College.

Gaining a deeper understanding of leadership principles has allowed Craig to lay a strong foundation for his next steps in leadership and management. The course’s flexibility, along with the support of his lecturer, also allowed him to successfully balance professional development with his existing commitments.
