Exam Results Drop-in Session

We still have places available on a number of courses starting in August 2026! Come along to our drop-in session to find out more and to complete an application.

Why Apply Through Clearing?

• The original application deadline has passed, and you have decided you want to apply to study starting in August 2026
• You didn’t meet the conditions for the course you originally applied for
• You have not received any offers after the first application deadline
• You have changed your mind about the course you were planning to study

How the Clearing Drop-In Works

If you have not yet applied for a course, have not met your requirements, or are looking to switch from one Edinburgh College course to another, then this is the event for you.

On the day, our course teams and student experience staff will be on hand to advise you about the courses on offer and the support you can gain from being a student at Edinburgh College. Please bring all your certificates with you as this will help us to complete your application on the day.

Staff from our Student Funding and Learning Support teams will also be on campus to give you any further advice and support you might need before starting your course.

*Please note our full-time ESOL courses are full and closed for applications. 

Clearing phone line

If you can’t make it along to our Exam Results Drop-in, don’t worry. Our Clearing phone line will be open from 4 - 14 August from 9am to 4pm. Our teams will be taking your calls, giving advice based on your specific situation and helping you start your Edinburgh College course application.
