Test your fitness in a national challenge this September which aims to put you through your paces and help raise awareness of the positive impact physical fitness can have on our lives.

Staff and students across the College are invited to take part in a fitness challenge starting from 10am on Wednesday 20 September to help celebrate National Fitness Day and highlight the role physical activity plays in assisting us all to lead more active and healthier lifestyles.

Organised by the College’s Sport and Fitness department and led by both lecturers and students, there will be a range of fun and challenging sessions and activities for ALL to get involved in on the day.

Activities will be taking place across our Sighthill, Granton and Milton Road campuses. You can book a place on as many of the activities as you want. You may still be able to take part in some of the sessions if you don’t book a place in advance.

Book a place to take part.
