LGBT+ History Month Wellbeing Group Session
Edinburgh College’s Wellbeing team are hosting a wellbeing group session to celebrate LGBT+ History Month from 5pm on Wednesday 9 February.
Students across the College are invited to attend the session which aims to celebrate LGBT+ History Month, consider why LGBT+ mental health is so important, and provide information and advice on support organisations.
As part of the session students will explore the importance of self-care and how to be kind to yourself, look at what support is available for people who are LGBT+, and will finish with creating a group poem about LGBT+ mental health.
The session will be led by Student Wellbeing Advisor Kirsty Tragis and Student Counsellor Matt Cormack and take place via Microsoft Teams.
To book a place, visit the Wellbeing Hub on Moodle.
