If you need support to move towards independent living, finding a job, volunteering, or getting involved in your community, this course can help.
You will learn in a supportive environment where you can build your communication and social skills. You’ll also improve your confidence in making choices.
This course is suitable if you are working at SCQF Level 1 or 2 and have some basic independent learning skills.

- You will be invited to an interview to assess your suitability for this course.

- Upon completion of this course, you can progress onto the second 18-week block of Skills for Independence in January.
