Standing Orders
The Edinburgh College Board of Management Standing Orders set out how meetings of the Board and its committees will operate.
Membership
The Board consists of 20 members, who include
- The Regional Chair
- The Principal
- The Chief Executive Officer
- 12 Non-Executive Members
- Two Staff Board Members
- Two nominated trade union members (EIS-FELA and Unison)
- Two Student Board Members
Meetings
The Board of Management is scheduled to meet on the following dates in the academic year 2025/26:
- 23 September 2025
- 11 December 2025
- 24 March 2026
- 16 June 2026

Agendas and approved minutes from meetings of the Edinburgh College Board of Management are published in line with the Edinburgh College publication scheme.
