Job description
Edinburgh College is seeking an exceptional and inspirational leader to join our Executive Team as Vice Principal: Student Success, Partnerships and Impact.
This pivotal role will lead a diverse portfolio focused on student success, quality improvement, strategic partnerships, income generation and regional impact. Reporting to the Depute Principal, you will champion outstanding learner outcomes, drive organisational performance, and ensure students remain at the heart of everything we do.
As a visible and influential ambassador for the College, you will build and strengthen relationships with employers, communities, public agencies, and key stakeholders, helping to position Edinburgh College as a leading regional anchor institution. You will also lead strategic planning, quality enhancement and evidence-informed decision-making, while fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a proven senior leader with substantial experience of strategic change, organisational improvement and partnership development within a complex environment.
